This 5-mile hike is generally considered moderately challenging, but it may seem difficult some hikers because of the distance and steep, rocky trails. It is a loop hike to Torote (Elephant Tree) Bowl and 5 different Palm Groves in Anza-Borrego Desert. Leaves from IVDM parking lot at 8:00 am. We will carpool or caravan to the trailhead.
